Choosing Heide came out of different thoughts, all contributing to each other…

• We thought about having a physical “all trainer and interested parties” meeting for the first time ever.
• Contrary to choosing the “geographic most suitable spot in Europe” where it would have taken us ages to iterate between all potential joiners and distances, we opted for a city where a minimum of one eduScrum Cert. Trainer was located and interested in organizing the meeting.
• We hope this will be the start of a “tradition” to conduct a yearly gathering in a different “trainer’s city” every autumn.
• Georg, living close to Heide, volunteered first and this is how all began.
• Heide has the plus of being relatively inexpensive (for the Hotel and conference venue). It is close to the North Sea and to Hamburg, in case you want to extend the duration of your stay.
